RYALTRIS NASAL SPRAY 120D

OLOPATADINE 600MCG, MOMETASONE 25MCG

This product contains olopatadine (H1-antagonist) and mometasone (corticosteroid) indicated for the symtomatic treatment of seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis and associated ocular symptoms in adults and children of 6 years and older. A relief of nasal allergic symptoms is observed within 10 minutes after administration of Ryaltris. In adults and children above 12 years, the recommended dose is two sprays in each nostril twice daily (morning and evening) whereas in children between 6 and 11 years of age, the recommended dose is 1 spray per nostril twice daily. Administer it intranasally only and avoid spraying it into the eyes or mouth. Shake the bottle well before each use. Prime before initial use by releasing 6 sprays. If the nasal spray has not been used for 2 weeks or more, re-prime by releasing 2 sprays or until a fine mist appears. If you forget a single dose, the next dose should be taken when it is due. A double dose should not be taken at the same time. This medicine is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to its ingredients and those who have untreated fungal, bacterial, or tuberculosis infections of the respiratory tract. Because of the inhibitory effect of corticosteroids on wound healing, patients who have experienced recent nasal surgery or trauma should not use a nasal corticosteroid until healing has occurred. Intranasal corticosteroids may cause a reduction in growth velocity when administered to pediatric patients. Avoid this product if you’re taking ketoconazole, itraconazole or clarithromycin.
